You know those trainings about data security you don't pay attention to? Well, you're looking at an industry worth hundreds of billions of dollars - and we're part of it, here's why -

Hundreds of billions - oh yes - the training industry is one third the size of the entire advertising industry. The advertising market (that's everything, digital, TV - the whole shebang) is worth about a trillion dollars at the high end estimates. Trainings, 300 billion dollars.

How is that possible? Well midsize companies spend $1,400 dollars per learner, per year, on trainings. In the USA there are roughly 300,000 companies with more than 50 employees - do a little math and factor in the inevitable growth of training courses following COVID and the proliferation of digital ways of working and you'll get an idea where that number comes from.

Despite the size and growth there's a huge problem. People hate training. It's a fact that training is boring. In the 2022 Training Industry Report, it was flagged that the most common problem companies faced during the pandemic was getting people engaged in remote training. But that's where we come in - we make trainings that people actually want to do.

Our trainings are interactive and dynamic - learners actually participate in the trainings, they don't just have them on their second screen while they work. To be clear, this isn't just making a pretty video, this is making a truly interactive piece of training designed with learning as the goal from second zero.

How do we do it? We use brilliant software like Articulate 360 that lets us realize our wildest dreams in course design. And of course we use our strategy first approach that makes Stratia what it is.
